Mentorship Program Guidelines

Welcome to the AI in Action™ Mentorship Program. Our goal is to create meaningful connections that foster growth, learning, and collaboration. Here are the guidelines to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

Expectations for All Participants

  • Be respectful of each other’s time and experience.
  • Communicate openly and honestly.
  • Provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Commit to the agreed-upon meeting schedule.

Time Commitment

We recommend a commitment of approximately 1 hour per month. This can be one 60-minute session or two 30-minute sessions. The schedule is flexible and should be mutually agreed upon by the mentor and mentee. You can pause your participation at any time by notifying the program coordinator.

What to Expect as a Mentee

As a mentee, you should come prepared for each session with specific questions, challenges, or topics you want to discuss. Your mentor is here to provide guidance, not to do the work for you. Be proactive in scheduling meetings and following up on action items. This is your opportunity to learn from an experienced professional—make the most of it!

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to adhere to a high standard of professional conduct. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the program. If you experience or witness any issues, please contact the program coordinator immediately.
